In addition to the statutory warranty of 2 years, Isabella provides a 2 year guarantee on all their products. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and covers material and labour.
Wear and tear is not covered under warranty including, but not limited to, for example leaks that have arisen due to lack of maintenance.
The warranty is valid only upon presentation of proof of purchase receipt.
The guarantee is personal and therefore is not transferable.
